Samad Fazli has 14 years of experience working with the United States Government and their implementing contractors in Afghanistan and brings a wealth of local expertise to the table. His local knowledge, ability to synthesize information, and communication skills have proven key force multipliers for the AfghanEvac collation team.

Samad has a degree from Kabul University, he is fluent in Dari/ Farsi, Pashto, Urdo beside English, he has helped a few organizations during the evacuation such as Truman, Vital Voices, Argo and currently he works for DAI who has over 1000 SIV applicants. He has great knowledge of a few lily pads too.
